This Code of Practice outlines the minimum operating requirements that asphalt paving plants that produce hot or cold mix asphalt must meet to ensure environmental protection. Persons responsible for asphalt paving plants within the Province of Alberta must comply with these requirements. As well, persons responsible should consult with persons or parties that may be affected by the plant's operations.
